- Subscription fees are non-refundable except in cases required by law.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before your billing date
4. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
- You agree not to share your login credentials with others.
- Mallus OTT is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
5. Device Usage
- One subscription allows streaming on one device at a time.
- Sharing, reselling, or redistributing your login access is strictly prohibited.
6. Content Usage Rights

- You may stream content only for personal and non-commercial use.
- Downloading, copying, recording, screen capturing, or distributing content is strictly prohibited.
7. Malayalam-Only Content
Mallus OTT provides content exclusively in Malayalam. Availability of subtitles or dubbing may vary.

- Mallus OTT does not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific title.
9. Service Quality
