Mallus OTT follows a strict no-refund policy for all subscription purchases. Once a user subscribes to our monthly plan of ₹69, the payment is non-refundable, regardless of usage, device issues, or dissatisfaction with content.

In such cases, users must contact our support team with proof of payment. Eligible refunds will be processed after verification.
Mallus OTT does not offer refunds for:
- Accidental purchases
- Forgetting to cancel before auto-renewal
- Internet or device compatibility issues
- Unused days in the billing cycle
